When we got to Karijini National Park we went to Dales ‘Euro Loop’ campsite and went on the Circular Pool walk. It was a fantastic walk but the water was very cold so instead I climbed up to the ledge where the waterfall splashed down which was warmer than the pool. Then we went back to camp and went to bed. The next day we went to Fortescue Falls which was also freezing. Then we went to Fern Pool which I think was warm but Dad thought that it was freezing. We then went to Circular Pool again because Dad wanted some photo’s. Then we went back to camp and went to bed. The next day we went to Hancock Gorge where I went on the Spider Walk which was my favourite walk. It was a walk where you were in a narrow gorge which had about five mm and you had to swing with your full weight on your hands. Then we got to Junction pool which was a Class 6 so we had to turn back. The next walk we went on was Handrail Pool where you had to use a handrail so you didn’t fall down and die from drowning or die from crashing on the rocks. Dad also pushed us on to what I think was Class 6. Then we went back to the car and drove to the lookouts, at the first one there was the grave of Jim Reagen who was a volunteer rescuer who died in a flash flood when attempting a rescue. Oxer Lookout offered fantastic views. The other two also had great views. Then we went home. The next day we drove out of Karijini. On the way we climbed up Mt Bruce. Then we drove off to Tom Price.
